Case study: XIU Beijing Website Revamp

Objective

Xiu Beijing, is one of the most glamorous bars located in the heart of Beijing. We were commissioned to revamp their existing website built on WordPress to refresh the brand’s image and also stand out as Beijing’s leading nightlife centre.

Approach

We obtained deeper understand of the culture and ethos of Xiu Beijing atmosphere through visits, interviews and discussions. Clean, stylish and simple designs created a unique and memorable experience for all browsers visiting the website.

Xiu, became one of the first client to experience Eggplant Digital’s mobile website design and development service. By trimming down the content information from the desktop version, we were able to create a stylish and simple mobile interface with the essential information to capture the attention from an increasing amount of mobile website audiences from both China and Internationally.

In line with their online marketing strategy, Eggplant Digital created a newsletter template which works hand in hand with the style and theme of Xiu Beijing’s website. Enabling Xiu to promote upcoming events at the venue as well as keeping in touch with existing friends.
