What documents do I need to provide to open an account?
To open an account there are a few documents required that need to be shown to WeChat and Alipay, these include:
- Company Certificate of Incorporation or Companies House Webpage
- Bank account details
- Passport copy
- Proof of address
How long does it take to open an account and get started?
The process of opening an account takes 5-10 working days, once the account is opened you’ll receive your account log in details and payment gateway API details.
How do I setup the WooCommerce plugin?
Once you have purchased the plugin you will be able to download the plugin files, then upload to WordPress and activate under the Plugins section. Then you can go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > where you can turn on WeChat Pay or Alipay and add the API settings for your account, after that payments will be working.
The API details are provided by our payment partners SilkPay or QFPay, once the account with them is opened, which takes 5-10 working days.
How do I check or reconcile my transactions?
You will have a login provided for a dashboard for either SilkPay or QFPay. Inside the dashboard you will see all transaction history, as well as an option to download all transactions for specific period.
