Key Responsibilities:
- Attend project coordination meetings as required.
- Able to prepare for meeting documents.
- Assist Project Manager to gather and organize project materials from clients, eg: website content; logo, etc.
- Assist Project Manager to upload content to website.
- Able to test the website features and appearance to ensure the project performance.
- Able to understand clients` request and dare to communicate with the team to look for solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Have a strong sense of customer service, responsibility and patience
- Native Mandarin Chinese candidate with efficient oral & written English skills
- Fast learner
