Do I need an ICP license?

Yes for hosting inside Mainland China you will need an ICP License. To get an ICP License you will also need a registered business entity in China.

Do you offer 24/7 technical support?

Our support hours are 9 AM – 8 PM China Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Any support tickets submitted during off-hours are immediately attended to during our regular support hours.

What is the payment schedule?

For cloud servers hosting in China we only provide the option of yearly payments. This allows the lowest possible price with Alibaba Cloud as well the lowest price for our managed server service fees.

What are the best ways to contact you for support?

We do everything we can to make it as easy as possible for you to get in touch with us for support.
