Microsoft Unveils New Cloud-Based Office Applications

Microsoft unveiled the new version of Microsoft Office on Monday that is built for the cloud and touch-based computing.  The new Microsoft Office will have updated 2013 versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and OneNote.  Word will have some of the bigger changes in this new version including being able to change a document from any computer system using a log in for the cloud-based service.  The new Word will also have a feature that allows multiple users to edit a document and show who made the edit by tapping on the edited sentence.  The Microsoft cloud apps will also be able to be accessed from a smartphone, so users will be able to make changes on the go.
