Eggplant Digital was started on the 08/08/08 an auspicious number in China. In the early days, we created websites that tried to stand out visually and were easy to update. We spent a lot of time putting together great tools that allowed our customers to update their websites themselves. However, as great as these tools are, they could not generate better business results for our clients by themselves.
We quickly realized that most web design companies offer similar tools, which is simply not enough to help a small to medium sized business to get the most out of the internet.
The message soon became clear, our customers are working hard to create businesses and their websites are an integral part of doing that. We decided it was time to change our strategy, we need to focus on helping our customers increase their business through their websites.
